    • On the third Friday of the month, the Executive Committee will convene at 11:00 a.m., usually at the same location as the general meeting. The general meeting will convene at 12:00 noon. Other committees that are holding meetings will convene upon the adjournment of the general meeting and meet until 3:30 p.m.

    The Executive Committee consists of all elected officers of the Administrative Assembly (President, Vice President/President Elect, Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer); of the chair or representative of the Election, Nominations and Membership Committee, and of the Campus Leaders.

    The committee is charged by the Bylaws with reviewing the status of delegates who fail to fulfill the obligations delineated for them in those same bylaws. The Executive Committee can on its own authority (Bylaws, Article VII.) call a special meeting of the Assembly.

    The committee also advises the President of the Assembly on the setting of t he agenda for each regular monthly meeting
