Gloria Meyer mentioned that as of last meeting a resolution was taken to ask those members who were not active within the Assembly to resign their seat, thus allowing new people to become members.

President - Susan Beaudrow

Vice President - Rose Kulp

Recording Secretary (3) -

Treasurer - Anneliese Grasemann

A proposal to change the title of Vice President to President - Elect was presented by outgoing President Pat Grove.

A discussion arose by all to amend the by-laws of the Assembly to reflect the duties of the newly proposed President - Elect .

Susan B. proposed that the By-laws Committee change the by-laws to include the new position of President -Elect and to include the words "will assume the position and duties of President the following year."

Susan B. and Charles O. proposed that all pertinent sections of the by-laws that pertain to the Vice President be changed and presented at the next meeting to be discussed further and possibly voted upon.

Gloria M. initiated that the By-laws Committee meet and make all pertinent changes . Basically to update the by-laws to where the Assembly would like to see them.

A question arose about greivance procedures. Pat Grove stated that thereare no greivance procedures. A discussion arose about problem solving procedures.

Doug Reichert mentioned that on the Assembly web-site announcing the elections, that it specifically mentions greivance procedures.

Rob Toth and Rick Crispin will change the site to reflect info update.
