    Policy on Committee Reports

Before any final report is written for submission to the body for motion consideration/submission to VP Norman or President Lawrence, committees should work closely with Steve Otzenberger, or a member of his staff whom he designates, to ensure that what the committee is proposing is feasible and appropriate in view of legal issues, political/budget considerations, etc.

A committee's report will not be presented during an Assembly meeting unless the report is in writng (typed). When possible, it is requested reports be submitted on a disk.

At the December 10th meeting, each committee will be expected to present to the Executive Committee a written report detailing the committee's progress during the past year. While not all charges are expected to be completed within the year, a progress report will still be expected.
