MISSION STATEMENT: The Bergen County Mosquito Control Division, established in 1914, from its onset, our main goal was to provide the residents of the county excellent mosquito control.  At present, we utilize the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program to eliminate mosquito breeding.  Water management is the primary control method with chemical control using biological larvicides secondary.
