First Annual Convention of New Jersey County Mosquito Extermination Commission

This pamphlet shows portions of the working program for the first meeting of county mosquito control commissioners, which resulted in the formation of the New Jersey Mosquito Extermination Association, later known as the New Jersey Mosquito Control Association.
