Rutgers Graduate Student Progress Report

Graduate students in Rutgers' Entomology program are required to submit an annual progress report before the end of May to the Graduate Student Status Committee with a copy also going to their advisor. 

Instructions:  Download this file to your computer (21 kb).  Open it in your word processor (it is a Word document), fill it in and print it.  Obtain the signature of your major advisor.  Make a copy for your major advisor and send the signed copy to the Chair of the Graduate Student Status Committee.  Keep a copy on your computer and use it for your annual updating.

Instructions for AY 2003/2004The deadline for submitting your progress report is May 1st, 2004.  Put it in Dr. Shearer's mailbox.
