The Program Committee asks that speakers try to limit visual aids to standard 35mm slides, if possible. Due to the large room size, overhead transparencies will not be permitted.

Manuscripts for the Proceedings may be submitted at the annual meeting. The final submission date for manuscripts is 90 days after the meeting. Please indicate if you intend to submit a manuscript for publication by checking the appropriate space:
