Graduate Assistantships - One to two assistantships are
available in Master
or Ph.D program in urban entomology. Qualified applicants must have strong
interest in urban entomology research and excellent academic background.
Potential project is flexible, but needs to be focused on one of the
following pests: ants, termites, bed bugs, cockroaches. Research areas may
be: IPM, behavior, insecticide resistance, population ecology. The
candidate
will have opportunities to interact with the pest management industry which

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - A highly motivated individual with a track record
of
publications, excellent communication and writing skills, good
understanding
of experimental design and statistical analysis is sought to assist in the
expanding urban entomology research program at Rutgers. The candidate is
expected to be able work independently, conduct laboratory and field
experiments in urban pest management, and be able to prepare peer-reviewed
