RU Express DEBIT PLAN changes and cancellations for All Students
- Changes or cancellations for RU Express Accounts will only be accepted during the first two weeks of the semester only.
- Changes and cancellations will only be allowed if the account has not been used.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes and cancellations for Non-Residence Students
- Reductions or cancellations will only be accepted during the first two weeks of the semester only.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes for Residence Students
- Reductions will only be accepted during the first two weeks of the semester only.
- First Year students in residence halls must have a minimum 210 plan.
- Upperclass students in residence halls must have a minimum 105 plan.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
MEAL PLAN changes by email
- Email requests to change meal plans will only be accepted between Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 and Monday, August 23rd, 2010 only. After this date, all requests must be made in person.
- Email requests must be sent to ruxpress@rci.rutgers.edu Requests will only be accepted from the student, sent from a Rutgers University email account (eden for example).
- Email requests must include your full name, your RUID number, details of the change being requested, and the reason if applicable (such as moving off campus, studying abroad, etc.).
- First Year students in residence halls must have a minimum 210 plan.
- Upperclass students in residence halls must have a minimum 105 plan.
- Once your request has been processed, it should reflect on your statementof accounts online. If there's a problem with your request, you will receive an email. Processing time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please feel free to check up on the status of your request after 5 business days of not seeing a response or a change in your statement of accounts.
- Refund checks and questions about general student accounting may be inquired with Student Accounting (732-445-7590).
MEAL PLAN increases
- Increasing a meal plan may be done throughout the semester.
- Students may purchase up to any higher level meal plan by paying the difference between the plans.
- Students with a meal plan may also purchase additional blocks of meals during the semester.
- All changes and cancellations must be made in person at the RU Express Office, Records Hall Room 102, CAC.
