SUBJECT: President Lawrence to Address the Senate October 22 on Newark Campus
President Lawrence will deliver his annual State of the University message during our October 22 University Senate meeting on the Newark Campus.
The meeting agenda is attached. Here is the day’s timetable:
10:45 a.m. Board charter bus - - Lot 98B, College
Farm Road, near Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences Building on
the Cook Campus. You may park in Lot 98B. (If Lot 98B is filled, you may
park in Lot 98A near the Marine and Coastal Sciences Building.)
11:00 a.m. sharp Bus departs from Cook Campus
12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. Lunch - (Courtesy of President Lawrence) Multipurpose Room West 231, Paul Robeson Campus Center.
1:10 p.m. Call To Order - Multipurpose Room East 232, Paul Robeson Campus Center.
After Adjournment: Board charter bus for return trip (Bus departs Newark Campus promptly 15 minutes following Adjournment.)
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO RIDE THE BUS. Please return the form mailed to all Senators or call in your reservation as soon as possible. We need to receive your reservation by October 20 to assure you this transportation. Faculty not presently serving in the Senate are welcome aboard as guests.
If driving, you may park in Deck l, 200 University Avenue. Call the Senate Office to obtain a parking coupon.
