click on "2.2.1") NOTE: Inclusion of an alumni Executive Committee
member now appears in the Regulations. The other revisions were non-substantive,
and did not require Senate action. They reflect administrative changes
(e.g., Provost-New Brunswick replaced in Senate membership with University
Vice President for Academic Affairs) and updating of the various university
units specifically named in the membership-entitlement section.

Revised Proposed Charge to Academic Personnel Committee,
Committee on Rutgers University and the Public, Educational Policy Committee,
and/or Student Affairs Committee: "Broadly examine the issue of student
evaluations of courses and instructors. Provide to the Senate Executive
Committee general comments on the process, use, and value of student evaluations.
Initial report requested by: April 7, 2000.
Proposed Charge to Academic Personnel Committee: "Examine
and comment on University Vice President Seneca’s 11/99 Report on the Balance
of Full-time & Part-time Faculty Teaching at Rutgers University.
